Q: Who manages PatendFund.com?
A: PatentsFund.com is a venture of Itzhaki-Weinberger Consultants (IWC) Limited, incorporated in Israel in February 2004.
The investment portfolio itself is managed through large Israeli banking corporations or via a large, insured and licensed investment corporation. All is performed under the supervision and strict demands of the Israeli Investment Regulation Laws (1995). Full compliance with the law ensures the safety of our investors by protecting them from cases of fraud, ensuring financial stability of the managing body and providing insurance in case of negligence leading to a loss.

Q: I have 100,000$ free for investment. Why don't I qualify as an investor?
A: PatentsFund.com invests many resources and efforts in our customers & investment deals.
We prefer to handle several, large, quality investments, and avoid managing many smaller ones.
We are sure you will find other alternatives that will fit your financial abilities.

Q: I invested 1,500,000$, but after 2 years have a crisis and need some of the money urgently.
A: Institutional Investments are made for a minimal period of 3 years.
Private Investments are made for a minimal period of 2 years.
Withdrawing funds before the agreed date is possible,  if the agreed Withdrawal fee is paid.
However, 20% of your investment (Institutional Investors - 10%) was used to buy intellectual property directly.
You may sell this part without any Withdrawal fee, as it is registered directly as your property.
The remaining 80% (Institutional Investors - 90%), invested in companies, will have an Early Withdrawal fee (35% x 80% = 28%). Note that you may also sell only a portion of your investment, and thereby pay a smaller early withdrawal fee.

Q: I would like to invest. How do I invest with PatentsFund.com?
A: The procedure is very simple: Contact us with details about your organization (or yourself if you are a private investor) and your desired investment. An investor profile will be created for you, and once you have been approved as an investor, all that is left is the actual signing of the appropriate investment contract, and later on transferring the agreed investment to the opened account.
